This executive leadership role is responsible for driving the agency's digital strategy, client success, and long-term growth initiatives. Reporting directly to ownership, the Executive Vice President will oversee digital marketing strategy, mentor high-performing teams, strengthen client partnerships, and help shape the organization's future direction.


The ideal candidate is an accomplished agency leader with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on expertise. This individual will be equally comfortable developing growth strategies, advising clients, analyzing campaign performance, leading digital marketing initiatives, and coaching teams to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership for the agency's digital marketing strategy and long-term growth initiatives.

  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted client relationships, influence strategic decisions, and represent the organization at the executive level.
