Job description

Position Summary

The Client Transition Specialist supports client transition activities related to IQVIA next-generation data assets. This role serves as an operational resource responsible for coordinating transition deliverables, supporting issue resolution, facilitating communication across stakeholders, and helping ensure a positive client experience throughout the transition process.

Key Responsibilities

Client Transition Support

  • Support client transition activities related to IQVIA data assets, including national and subnational assets and future patient-level assets. Assist with onboarding, migration, and implementation activities.

  • Monitor transition milestones and track open items through completion.

Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve routine client inquiries and first-line service issues.

  • Escalate complex items to appropriate support teams and monitor follow-up through closure.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Go-to-market, Project Management, Commercial, Client Services, Data Operations, and Development Teams.

  • Coordinate activities needed to support successful client transition execution.

Client Communication

  • Develop effective working relationships with client contacts and provide information as needed to address questions tied to the transition to the Next Generation data assets..

  • Provide practical updates regarding transition status, open items, and next steps.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve transition processes and enhance client experience.

  • Document repeatable steps, status updates, and lessons learned to support future transitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2-5 years of experience in Client Services, Project Management, Account Management, Data Operations, Commercial Operations, Market Research, or related fields.

  • Knowledge of IQVIA National and/or Subnational products and services and/or pharmaceutical reports.

  • Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office applications, Smartsheet, and other visualization tools.

  • High learning agility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrixed environment.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $73,400.00 - $183,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
