  • Establish security governance, role certification processes, access request workflows (Advanced Access Request), and continuous control monitoring

  • Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and risk teams to ensure control framework meets regulatory and organizational standards

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of senior consultants, data architects, security specialists, and conversion developers (onshore + offshore model)

  • Serve as key escalation point for data, security, and controls issues across the program

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with client C-level executives, IT leadership, finance, audit, and compliance stakeholders

  • Contribute to practice development: accelerators, templates, methodologies, training assets, and sales support (proposals, demos, scoping)

  • Drive quality assurance, risk management, issue resolution, and change control across data & security workstreams

  • Proventrack recordleading teams of 8-20+ resources in complex, multi-year transformation programs

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (at least 2-3 of: Financials, Procurement, HCM, SCM, Projects, EPM)

  • Experience with Oracle data migration tools and techniques (FBDI, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Data Exchange, etc.)

  • Experience supporting SOX compliance, internal/external audits, and regulatory requirements in cloud environments

  • Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data

  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network,including withsenior executives

  • Ability to translate and communicatechallengesto client personnel, including executives

  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teamsincludeconducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree ina relevantdiscipline (e.g.,MIS, IS).

  • 5+ years workingin professional services or industry

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word,Exceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access

  • Professional Oracle certificationsstronglypreferred.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Oracle Cloud / Oracle Applications implementations

  • 5+ years hands-on experience designing and implementingOracle Cloud Security & Controls(Fusion Security, AAC, AFC, RMC,SoD, GRC)

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (Advanced Access Controls / Financial Controls)

  • Exposure to OCI security constructs and hybrid cloud architectures

  • Familiarity with data quality & governance tools (Informatica, Talend,Syniti, Oracle Data Intelligence)

  • Experience with large-scale cutover andhypercaresupport

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$125,000.00 - $200,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
