Job Description
Cintas is currently seeking an IT SAP Manager - Data Integrations within the Corporate Information Technology organization. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all approved SAP and non-SAP data integration activities, with primary focus on EDI and SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS). The Manager leads a multi-level team of EDI and Data Services (BODS) professionals and ensures integration solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with Cintas business processes, supporting acquisitions and legacy migrations, SAP best practices, and long-term IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing strategic direction and day-to-day leadership across the full integration lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support
Partnering closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, architects, and external vendors to deliver high-quality enterprise integrations supporting customers, vendors, and internal operations.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP-related application or integration management.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing and supporting daily team activities, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, recruiting, and hiring.
Demonstrated experience leading SAP and non-SAP integrations utilizing all or any of the following:
SAP EDI and IDoc processing
ANSI X12, XML, and cXML formats
SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS)
Experience delivering full lifecycle integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and business concepts to all levels of the organization.
Preferred
Experience with SAP BODS design, development, performance tuning, and administration.
Experience working with EDI platforms such as OpenText/GXS.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
Exposure to SAP XI/PI/PO or BTP CPI or any other enterprise integration platforms.
Cross-functional SAP knowledge (e.g., SD, MM, SCM, EWM, CRM).
Experience with process improvement, operational optimization, and data quality principles.
