Job description

Division/Department: RCS - Client Service Integrations
Location: Middleburg Heights, Ohio (hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite per week)
Purpose:
Quadax, a leader in healthcare revenue cycle management, is seeking a Client Integrations Lead to join the Company's RCS division. The successful candidate will orchestrate the establishment of custom and standardized data integrations between clients' business applications (e.g., laboratory information system) and Quadax's commercial revenue cycle management applications. The Client Integration Lead will collaborate closely with clients and Quadax's PMO, Implementation, Client Engagement, Integration Specialists, IT and Integration Development teams in fulfilling and supporting the integration delivery. Creating technical design specifications for formal project change requests and integration quote requirements is expected, ensuring requirement changes and/or enhancements to existing integrations are appropriately handled. Candidate will also assist with review of issues and assessment of enhancement requests for existing client interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Orchestrate custom and standardized data integrations between clients' business applications (e.g., laboratory information system) and Quadax's commercial revenue cycle management applications, including but not limited to:
โ€ข Facilitating data integration & exchange methodology requirements discovery sessions with clients' business & technical resources;
โ€ข Documenting and achieving client sign-off of the integration requirements;
โ€ข Facilitating requirements handoff and Q&A with Integration Development & IT for build/configuration;
โ€ข Validating client sourced integration test data to insure adherence with requirements;
โ€ข Guiding client and Client Engagement in populating any integration tables that govern data normalization and/or business rules/edits, and custom test scenarios to exercise client-specific rules/edits;
โ€ข Assisting with integration user acceptance testing (UAT), guiding any necessary defect resolution with applicable parties;
โ€ข Participating in integration go-live decision, while further orchestrating the production deployment of the integration; and
โ€ข Monitoring deployed integrations throughout a prescribed hyper-care duration.
โ€ข Provide tier 2 support of escalated client integration incidents, collaborating with department specialists to assess cause and/or other contributing factors, while further directing resolution through:
o Escalation to Integration Development team;
o Directing Client Engagement and/or clients in addressing misconfigured integrations rules/edits; and
o Assisting in remedying any unprocessed or missing integration data.
โ€ข Assistance in establishing and maintaining documentation relating to integration processes, including working with PMO to ensure project plans and timelines are current;
โ€ข Coordination with divisional leadership on applicable project prioritization, while further fulfilling assignment according to deliverable timelines; and
โ€ข All other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Management, or relevant field of study;
โ€ข Experience in orchestrating/configuring data transformations;
โ€ข Knowledge of common medical data schemas (HL7, JSON, FHIR) preferred;
โ€ข Experience in secure data exchange methods, including but not limited to SFTP, FTPS, API, VPN;
โ€ข Strong interpersonal and written communication skills;
โ€ข Analytical with strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills;
โ€ข Knowledge of medical billing / revenue cycle management considered a plus; and
โ€ข Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
