Job description

Position Overview OSAAVA Services is seeking senior-level Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide technical leadership supporting secure mission modernization initiatives aligned with operations at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) located at Wright-Patterson AFB. These roles will support architecture development, cloud modernization strategies, and system integration efforts within classified environments. SMEs will influence technical direction across mission platforms and provide guidance on modernization strategies supporting secure cloud adoption, advanced data environments, and mission system integration. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience working within cleared programs, secure cloud ecosystems, and mission-focused engineering environments, with deep expertise in areas such as AI/ML, data architecture, integration architecture, or identity and access management (ICAM). Key Responsibilities • Provide architectural and technical leadership across mission systems and modernization initiatives
• Design and guide AI/ML deployment strategies within secure environments
• Lead data transformation and migration initiatives supporting modern data platforms
• Architect cross-domain integration solutions across mission and enterprise systems
• Advise government and program leadership on modernization strategies and technical direction
• Support DevSecOps integration and secure cloud adoption efforts
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity frameworks, including RMF and STIG standards
• Collaborate with engineering and program teams to support secure system architecture and modernization planning Required Qualifications • Active security clearance (or recently held and eligible for reinstatement)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent)
• 8+ years of technical experience supporting cleared or classified programs
• Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas:
 • AI / Machine Learning architecture
 • Enterprise data architecture
 • Systems integration architecture
 • Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)
• Experience operating within secure cloud ecosystems supporting mission systems Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or cross-domain data environments
• Experience supporting large-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience leading legacy-to-modern system transformation efforts
• Experience advising senior government stakeholders or program leadership
