We are seeking a talented Engineering & Integration (E&I) Manager to join our team of engineers and technologists supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / Customs and Border Protection (CBP) / Air and Marine Operations (AMO) / Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC) in their mission to protect the nation's borders and ensure the security of our communities. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to implement new technologies such as new data and sensor inputs, new methods for data mining, AI and predictive threat modeling.
As an AMOC Engineering & Integration (E&I) Manager, you will:
  • Manage and direct the advanced C4I work of the Engineering and Integration team
  • Evaluate, analyze, redesigns, and enhance C4I user interfaces, utilizing C, C++ and Gimp Tool Kit (GTK), Google Protocol Buffers
  • Evaluate, analyze, design, redesign, and enhance C4I and sensor air and maritime movement data systems utilizing C, C++
  • Oversee and verify system, network, and communication as wired and data flow technical drawings
  • Oversee and assist with the updating of Maintenance Manuals and other contract required documentation
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of C4I ancillary systems

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • 10 plus years supervisory/management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer related fields
  • Strong understanding of C4I systems and technical requirements
  • Experience with system design, development, and implementation

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience working with DHS, CBP, and AMOC systems and personnel
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Certification in engineering management (e.g., PE, CEng)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
