In particular, we are seeking an experienced Data Integration Team Lead to primarily support our program.

The Data Integration Senior Team Lead provides technical leadership and oversight for data integration, governance, and interoperability efforts supporting intelligence operations within the Data Capabilities Division (DCD), Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO). This role leads a team responsible for enabling effective data sharing, integration, and accessibility across intelligence systems, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and enterprise standards.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in data stewardship, policy management, and intelligence data lifecycle processes, combined with proven leadership in team management and cross-organizational collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team supporting data integration, data governance, and interoperability initiatives across intelligence systems and platforms
  • Oversee the planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence data to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and mission alignment
  • Drive implementation of data standards, policies, and best practices to support enterprise data management and integration efforts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable seamless intelligence information sharing and system interoperability
  • Support and coordinate bilateral and multilateral data sharing initiatives across partner organizations
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), data policies, and governance documentation
  • Produce and deliver clear, professional briefings and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Generate reports and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data concepts, integration efforts, and operational impacts
  • Ensure compliance with security classification requirements, data handling policies, and cross-domain considerations
  • Mentor and guide team members, providing technical direction and performance oversight

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a Data Steward, Policy Manager, or similar role supporting data governance or integration efforts
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams and managing work tasks related to intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Strong experience with intelligence data integration, data management, and system interoperability
  • Experience supporting intelligence information sharing across organizations, including bilateral or multilateral partners
  • Proven ability to develop SOPs, policies, and technical documentation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to brief diverse audiences and translate complex concepts clearly
  • Experience producing reports that incorporate both written analysis and visual elements

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university

OR
  • Associate's degree with 7+ years of relevant intelligence experience

OR
  • High School Diploma with 9+ years of relevant intelligence experienc

Certifications Requirements
  • Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) IAT Level II certification within 30 days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Data Capabilities Division (DCD) or Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) environments
  • Familiarity with data architecture, metadata management, and data cataloging frameworks
  • Experience working with cross-domain solutions and secure data transfer technologies
  • Background in intelligence community data standards and governance frameworks

Salary is commensurate with experience. An approximate salary range for this requisition is: $200k-$220k+ annual. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
