Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the department manager to develop and refine Key Performance Measures
  • Analyze and trend Key Performance Measures
  • Develop reports and analyze Maintenance budget target performance
  • Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects
  • Serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
  • Review project and budget status
  • Manage project schedules and prepare status reports
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention, and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship required for this position
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Equivalent pathways include NNS Apprentice School graduate; Navy Nuclear Power School graduate; Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program plus 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience; Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience; High School/GED plus 4 years combined relevant exempt experience; or High School/GED plus 8 years combined relevant non-exempt experience
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance Module and ability to develop supporting reports
  • Understanding of Indirect Maintenance budget and ability to provide analysis for business decisions
  • Knowledge of cost performance report development
  • Ability to develop high-level presentations
  • Project management experience
  • PMP certification
  • Knowledge of Power BI reporting and ability to create report structure
