Position Summary
Design, implement, and maintain Cisco ACI network infrastructure supporting IRS Criminal Investigation's digital forensics operations. Ensure secure, high-performance networking for critical law enforcement applications and cloud connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure/maintain Cisco ACI fabric
  • Endu2011tou2011end IPv4/IPv6 routing - broad experience with IPv6
  • Extensive Experience with Cisco Firewall configuration and routing
  • Experience with Nutanix Flow integration
  • Experience with High Availability (HA) configuration
  • Build network zones, carve subnets, fix VLAN mapping issues
  • STIG/firewall/NetScaler hardening
  • Implementation of Zero Trust + microu2011segmentation initiatives

Required Experience
  • 4+ years Cisco ACI deployment and management experience
  • 5+ years enterprise networking in government or regulated industries
  • Strong background in network security and segmentation
  • Experience with software-defined networking and automation
  • Knowledge of federal network security requirements
  • Proven troubleshooting skills in high-availability environments
  • Previous or current experience with the IRS is preferred

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Cisco certifications required: CCNP or higher, ACI specialist certification preferred
  • Network security certifications (CCNP Security) highly valued
  • Cloud networking certifications (AWS, Azure) beneficial
