As an Integration Analyst, you will:

  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients and partners to gather technical and business requirements
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements for data integrations with 3rd party enterprise platforms
  • Create detailed data mapping specifications and integration workflows for technical design documents
  • Create customer-facing overviews, implementation guides, and best practice documentation
  • Proactively identify potential integration challenges and define mitigation strategies
  • Provide support to implementation team as needed for clarification, escalated triaging, and scoping enhancements
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of integration methodologies
  • Participate in pre-sales activities to support technical evaluation and scoping
  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on customer feedback and market trends

Requirements

  • 5 or more years experience implementing or supporting enterprise software systems such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, Payroll, or financial management platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of at least one major enterprise software vendor or category of business systems
  • Understanding of integration patterns and methodologies (APIs, file-based transfers, middleware platforms)
  • Familiarity with data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, SFTP)
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Zapier)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Project management or business analysis certifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or four additional years' experience in lieu of degree

  Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
