Job description

We're looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, proactive self-starter to join our Client Success team as a Mid-Market Implementation Consultant. Once a sale is complete, our Implementation Consultants ensure the Awardco platform is properly set up and configured to meet client goals and needs. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills in order to build and maintain strong relationships with all of Awardco's clients.

What you will accomplish:
  • Independently prioritize and manage time, tasks, and resources to facilitate multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure customer success and satisfaction by guiding clients through implementation, configuring Awardco's product to align with their unique business objectives and maximize engagement.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships throughout implementation through consistent reliability, transparency, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain exceptional communication with clients and across all project stakeholders throughout the project timeline.
  • Demonstrate ability to de-esalate client concerns, frustrations, or misunderstandings, demonstrating emotional intelligence and problem-solving strategies and escalating to leadership only when necessary.
  • Ensure all project tasks are completed efficiently, deadlines are consistently met, and adapt proactively to client delays. 
  • Maintain client and project records within our project management tools (i.e. Monday.com, Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and cross-functional visibility.
  • Develop deep technical expertise in the Awardco platform's features and configurations, proactively staying updated on releases and educating clients on best practices and utilization.
  • Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams across the company to resolve complex challenges and ensure smooth post-implementation transitions.
What you will bring:
  • 1-2 years of client-facing experience.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • 1-2 years of product configuration experience within a SaaS/tech industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, positively contributing to our culture. 
  • Proven track record of success in previous roles.
  • Detail-oriented organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred 
  • Proficiency with standard business software and tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. 
  • Familiarity with project management software (like Monday.com) and Salesforce is a plus.
