Program Manager / 4 Days Onsite Per Week Required / Seattle, WA / (6 Month Contract)

About the Opportunity
  • We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Data Transformation Initiative that is a critical component of a multi-year business transformation roadmap.
  • This high-visibility role will oversee multiple interconnected workstreams focused on product data modernization, hierarchy restructuring, taxonomy enhancement, and process transformation.
  • The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional leader who can create structure in ambiguous environments, drive alignment among diverse stakeholders, and execute complex programs from strategy through delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Lead overall program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Product Development, Business Operations, Technology, Product Management, and Merchandising.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate executive communications, leadership updates, and governance reviews.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across business and technology organizations.
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, operating cadences, and reporting processes.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks to ensure successful program execution.
  • Support product data transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Build structure, processes, and accountability mechanisms in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Ensure successful delivery of key strategic transformation objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • FlexPLM experience.
  • Product data transformation or product data governance experience.
  • Product information management experience.
  • PMO leadership experience.
  • Product Operations or Merchandising experience.
  • Organizational Change Management experience.
  • Experience supporting product lifecycle or product creation initiatives.
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation, modernization, or business process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience within retail, footwear, apparel, consumer products, or merchandising organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Product Development and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional programs.
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience working successfully in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
