  • Support data profiling, cleansing, and harmonization activities across master and transactional data domains to improve readiness for migration.
  • Ensure migrated data supports reporting, compliance, and business performance requirements, including readiness for operational KPIs and downstream integrations.
  • Provide architectural oversight for migration tooling such as SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, staging table approaches, ETL frameworks, and related SAP data services.
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation, data mapping standards, and design artifacts to support delivery teams, governance bodies, and audit requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in enterprise data practices by promoting reusable patterns, stronger governance, and sustainable data quality processes

  • 10 to 15 years of experience working in SAP with multiple implementations across multiple modules.
  • Experience in enterprise data architecture, data migration, or master data management within SAP environments for both GxP and non-GxP data sets.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures, master data objects, transactional data dependencies, and enterprise integration concepts.
  • Experience defining enterprise data models, data standards, governance frameworks, and migration strategies for large-scale transformation programs.
  • Direct understanding of migration and integration tools such as SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, ETL platforms, and staging-based migration methods.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops, resolve complex data issues, and align technical design with business priorities.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
