What You Can Expect:

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain data required for client billing.
  • Work with various departments to gather complete and accurate information.
  • Review submitted data for missing, incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent information.
  • Assist with preparing, issuing, and processing customer invoices.
  • Maintain supporting documentation for billing and financial records.
  • Track the purchasing of warehouse supplies, consumables, and services.
  • Update and maintain Excel trackers, financial reports, and source files.
  • Assist with reconciling information between invoices, operational reports, purchasing records, and internal systems.
  • Prepare structured data for Power BI dashboards and financial reporting.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standardized data-entry and reporting procedures.
  • Assist with other accounting, billing, reporting, and finance-related tasks as required.
