We are a Minnesota-based medical device organization focused on developing and commercializing biologic products that help the body heal. Our technology uses a proprietary process to create collagen-based scaffolds that support tissue repair and regeneration, particularly for complex wounds and soft tissue reinforcement.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal teams such as customer service, sales, and billing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage a shared customer service inbox daily
  • Review incoming customer orders, download and organize documentation, and assign order numbers
  • Accurately enter order details into the ERP system (QAD experience is a plus)
  • Coordinate with internal systems to retrieve product information and support order fulfillment
  • Verify and validate all order entries for accuracy before submission
  • Prepare and package orders, including generating and applying shipping labels
  • Process customer-submitted usage forms and assist with billing-related workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Billing) for order transfers, updates, and adjustments

What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, data entry, or light accounting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
  • Self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude and ability to work independently
