Duration: 05-06 Months

This is a fully remote position. Contractors must be available for real-time collaboration

Job Description
As a Data Entry contractor supporting our Owned Brands Development team, you will assist with the transition from a previous specification system to a newer system that recently went live. In this role, you will spend much of your time validating data between systems, ensuring data accuracy, and partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and help projects move forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Validate product specifications to ensure accurate information is entered and maintained across systems.
  2. Compare and validate data across multiple systems and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  3. Partner with internal project teams to ensure projects are entered into the system correctly and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
  4. Identify missing, conflicting, or inaccurate information and escalate issues when appropriate.
  5. Track the progress and status of validation activities while maintaining clear documentation of completed work and outstanding issues.
  6. Support the team in meeting project timelines by maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
