Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Procurement Data Entry Coordinator for a manufacturing company in Detroit Lakes, MN. What You'll Do as a Procurement Data Entry Coordinator:
  • Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Enter purchasing information into the ERP system and maintain accurate records
  • Verify pricing, quantities, part numbers, and vendor information before processing orders
  • Monitor purchase order acknowledgements and assist with tracking order status
  • Maintain vendor records and organize procurement documentation
  • Coordinate with Receiving, Accounting, Inventory, and other departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Generate purchasing reports and assist with data collection for department metrics
What You Need to Bring to the Procurement Data Entry Coordinator Role:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous data entry, administrative, purchasing, or office experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with ERP systems or purchasing software preferred
