Our Company:
SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services. Expanding our services with ourNEW location in Roanoke, Virginia.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
  • Generate labels for dispensing.
  • Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
  • Clarify orders as needed.
  • Triage incoming faxes.
Shift: Monday- Friday and every other weekend
  • 6pm-2:30am
  • 10pm-6:30am
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Virginia Pharmacy Technician required.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy desire.
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
  • Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
  • Quick typing skills.
  • Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS.
