Job description:
You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, responding to text messages and emails, assisting clients and caregivers, scheduling services, and providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. In addition, you will perform general administrative and office support tasks, including data entry, maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, updating client and employee information, organizing electronic files, coordinating with the management team, and completing other clerical duties as assigned. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote office environment.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Respond promptly to text messages, emails, and other communications.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, caregivers, and referral sources in both English and Spanish.
  • Schedule and coordinate caregiver visits and update schedules as needed.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate client and employee records.
  • Prepare, update, and organize electronic documents and office files.
  • Document phone calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with general administrative and office support duties.
  • Resolve routine questions and escalate urgent issues to management when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude at all times.
  • Protect confidential client and employee information and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
Qualifications Required 
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Able to multitask and stay organized
Preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or home care (preferred but not required)
Work hours: M-F; 8:00am-4:30pm
