Candidate Source is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Data Entry Associate with sit-down forklifts and pallet jack experience. This part-time role combines accurate data entry in Excel with hands-on warehouse support.
Responsibilities include tracking postage types, weights, and counts with a high level of accuracy. Strong attention to detail and the ability to verify data are essential, along with prior equipment experience.
Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM (flexibility to pick up additional hours as needed).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input data into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Double-check all entries to ensure they are correct and error-free.
  • Manage data related to postal features such as postage types, piece weights, and counts.
  • Utilize a tablet for certain tasks and respond to emails as needed.
  • Maintain flexibility to accommodate occasional additional hours.
Qualifications:
