Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, task-driven environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization. The position will focus heavily on data entry and administrative support, with possible opportunities for growth into a broader administrative role.

Working closely with management, you will help ensure documents, purchasing records, accounting information, and ERP data are accurate and organized to support efficient business operations. Training will be provided on company-specific systems and processes.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintain documentation & filing systems
  • Handle purchase orders & communication with vendors
  • Process & monitor accounts payable invoices
  • Identify and report pricing or cost discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records within the company's ERP system
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements include:
