Order Entry Clerk
Location: On-site for training then remote, Euclid, 44117
Pay: $22.00/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
Length: Contract-to-Hire
Are you detail-oriented, highly accurate, and ready to step into an essential role within a fast-paced environment? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our client team as Order Entry Clerks. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in an engaging, supportive setting, with room for growth within the department. After an initial onsite training period, you'll enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule.
Must Haves:

  • 2 years data entry experience with high level of accuracy 
  • ERP experience a must, SAP and Salesforce
  • Attention to detail 

Job Responsibilities: 
In this role, you will be responsible for entering customer orders into our database with precision and efficiency, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring seamless order processing. Your keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills will be crucial as you review orders, coordinate with various departments, and provide outstanding customer service. The position is designed as a steppingstone for career advancement within our team, making it an ideal opportunity for ambitious professionals.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP & Salesforce
  • Ability to review and verify customer information and payment details
  • Strong communication skills to confirm order details and resolve issues
