We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Data Entry/ Office Administrator to support daily office operations, billing, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys keeping systems organized, and takes pride in follow-through and accuracy.

You’ll play a key role in supporting internal operations, maintaining records, and ensuring day-to-day administrative tasks run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Answer and route phone calls in a professional manner
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Ensure records and documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations as needed

Data Entry & Billing Support

  • Input and maintain data using Excel and internal systems
  • Assist with billing and payment tracking
  • Monitor account and record statuses
  • Support documentation and reporting related to office operations

Training & Support
