About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Master Data Assistant to join our team at our Heatherton Support Office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in getting things right the first time. You'll be responsible for maintaining product & pricing information across multiple systems, supporting our merchandising and retail teams.

While there is a strong data entry component, we're looking for someone who uses common sense, asks questions when something doesn't look right, and thinks beyond simply keying in information.

This role could suit someone with experience in administration, data entry, pricing, inventory, retail support, category assistant support or product administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to learn.

We offer a hybrid working environment, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial training period. Please note, training will be completed on-site, requiring 5 days per week in the office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Enter and maintain product & pricing information across multiple systems
  • Create new products and update existing product records
  • Process pricing changes and product information updates accurately and on time
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies and missing information
  • Follow up with stakeholders when information doesn't look right
  • Respond to requests from a shared inbox
  • Action exception reports to rectify errors in data
  • Work with spreadsheets and reports to upload and validate information
  • Support the team with data-related administrative tasks

You're Likely a Match If You Have

  • Previous experience in administration, data entry, pricing, inventory or product maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUP
  • Confidence working across multiple systems at the same time
