Votre rle dans l'entreprise

  • Saisir de linformation dans les bases de donnes appropries.
  • Assurer un dlai d'excution appropri pour toutes les saisies de donnes.
  • Surveiller et mettre jour des donnes existantes si ncessaire.
  • Coordonner avec plusieurs dpartements et assurer le suivi des messages et des demandes.
  • Prparer la documentation demande.
  • Aider au contrle global de l'inventaire physique (Production / Achats et Retours).
  • Communiquer et crer des listes de slection d'expdition, examiner le calendrier d'expdition et coordonner au besoin.
  • Soutenir le dpartement de production en effectuant diverses tches administratives.
  • Classer tous les documents ncessaires

Qui tes-vous? Vous

tes mticuleux et soucieux des dtails

excellez dans la communication lors de l'assistance aux clients (internes et externes).

avez une bonne connaissance des produits MS Office, en particulier Excel.

tes autonome, mais avez un bon esprit dquipe.

avez idalement une exprience ou une connaissance de Sage AccPac ou dun systme similaire.

We are looking for a talented Data Entry Clerk to join our growing Distribution team in Montreal. This is a full-time, permanent position, from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Our team specializes in the design, manufacturing and distribution of a full range of high-end glass shower doors, bathtubs, lighted mirrors and accessories. Our deep industry expertise and customer SERVICE focus enables us to DESIGN and deliver high QUALITY products.

What you will be doing

  • Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases.
  • Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry.
  • Monitoring and updating existing data when required
  • Retrieving data for team members upon request
  • Work with multiple departments and follow up on messages and requests.
  • Prepare requested documentation.
  • Assist in the overall control of the physical inventory (Produced / Purchased and Returned).
  • Communicate and create shipment picklists, review shipment schedule plans, and coordinate as required.
  • Support the production department by performing various administrative tasks.
  • File all the necessary documents.

Who you are? You

are meticulous and detail-oriented

excel at communicating when assisting customers (internally and externally).

have a good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel.

can work with minimal supervision but have a good team spirit.

ideally have experience or knowledge of Sage AccPac or similar systems.
