We are looking for aย  Data Entry Specialist to join our Loss Prevention team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data from various sources within our systems, supporting the Chargeback, ADM, and Refund teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and effective loss prevention processes, while working closely with internal departments including Chargebacks, ADM, Refunds, and Customer Service, while also liaising externally with merchants, airlines, suppliers, wholesalers, and customers.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of data entry experience required
  • Travel agency or airline industry experience is considered an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
  • Review and verify source documents for completeness, accuracy, and authorization prior to data entry, and follow up on discrepancies when required.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records to support efficient retrieval, audit readiness, and operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to clarify data requirements, resolve data-related issues, and support ongoing operational workflows.
  • Identify recurring data inconsistencies, process gaps, or operational concerns, and escalate findings to the appropriate stakeholders for corrective action and process improvement.
  • Ensure all communications and data-sharing activities are handled professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
  • Coordinate with wholesalers, customers, airlines, merchants, and other third parties as required.
  • Support collections activities and follow-ups with external partners.
  • Assist with memo reconciliation and related correspondence.
  • Contribute to new initiatives and continuous improvement efforts aimed at reducing losses and enhancing operational efficiency.

Dans ce role, vous serez responsable de saisir et de maintenir avec precision des donnees provenant de diverses sources dans nos systemes, afin de soutenir les equipes des retrofacturations (Chargebacks), ADM et remboursements. Ce poste joue un role essentiel dans l'exactitude des donnees, l'efficacite operationnelle et l'optimisation des processus de prevention des pertes.

Vous travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec les departements internes, notamment les equipes Chargebacks, ADM, Remboursements et Service a la clientele, tout en assurant la liaison avec des partenaires externes tels que les commercants, compagnies aeriennes, fournisseurs, grossistes et clients.

Qualifications
  • Minimum d'un (1) an d'experience en saisie de donnees
  • Une experience dans une agence de voyages ou dans l'industrie aerienne constitue un atout
  • Grande attention aux details et souci de l'exactitude
  • Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en communication
  • Capacite a gerer des informations confidentielles avec professionnalisme et discretion
  • Excellentes aptitudes en resolution de problemes et capacite a collaborer efficacement avec differentes equipes
Principales responsabilites
  • Saisir, mettre a jour et maintenir avec exactitude les donnees dans les systemes internes, bases de donnees et feuilles de calcul conformement aux procedures et aux normes de qualite de l'entreprise.
  • Examiner et verifier les documents sources afin d'assurer leur exactitude, leur exhaustivite et leur approbation avant la saisie des donnees, et effectuer les suivis necessaires en cas d'ecarts.
  • Organiser et maintenir les dossiers electroniques et physiques afin d'assurer un acces efficace a l'information, la preparation aux audits et la continuite des operations.
  • Collaborer avec les departements internes afin de clarifier les besoins en donnees, resoudre les problemes lies aux donnees et soutenir les operations courantes.
  • Identifier les incoherences recurrentes dans les donnees, les lacunes de processus ou les preoccupations operationnelles, et transmettre les observations aux parties concernees afin de favoriser les mesures correctives et l'amelioration continue.
  • Veiller a ce que toutes les communications et activites de partage de donnees soient effectuees de maniere professionnelle, precise et en temps opportun.
  • Maintenir la confidentialite stricte des informations sensibles conformement aux politiques de l'entreprise et aux normes de protection des donnees.
  • Coordonner les communications avec les grossistes, clients, compagnies aeriennes, commercants et autres tiers, au besoin.
  • Soutenir les activites de recouvrement et effectuer les suivis aupres des partenaires externes.
  • Participer au rapprochement des memos et a la correspondance connexe.
  • Contribuer aux nouvelles initiatives et aux efforts d'amelioration continue visant a reduire les pertes et a ameliorer l'efficacite operationnelle.
