Job description

Manos Software recherche un ou une Analyste Financier(ère) rigoureux(se) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre l'équipe Manos Finance à Montréal, sur l'un de nos portefeuilles. Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Finance, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le processus de clôture de fin de période, en soutenant l'ensemble du cycle de clôture mensuelle et de reporting pour nos cinq sociétés d'exploitation (et entités supplémentaires au fil des intégrations). Sous la responsabilité du Gestionnaire Finance, l'analyste participera à la préparation des rapports financiers, à la collecte et à l'analyse des données de revenus, de dépenses et de flux de trésorerie, ainsi qu'à la production de rapports présentant les principaux constats. Il ou elle appuiera les processus de budgétisation et de prévision pour différents départements et unités d'affaires, et participera à la construction de modèles financiers permettant de projeter la performance future selon différents scénarios. Le rôle implique également l'organisation et la mise à jour des données financières dans les bases de données et fichiers Excel, la saisie de données dans les tableurs et le logiciel comptable, ainsi que le soutien à l'équipe finance pour respecter les échéances et structurer les activités quotidiennes. L'analyste collaborera avec les membres de l'équipe pour simplifier les processus de saisie de données et améliorer l'efficacité globale.

Qualifications requises/minimales

  • Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité, économie ou domaine connexe
  • Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel (formules, tableaux croisés dynamiques, gestion des données) ; connaissance d'un logiciel comptable un atout
  • Solides compétences analytiques et souci du détail, avec la capacité de travailler avec précision sur de grands volumes de données financières
  • Compréhension de base des états financiers, de la budgétisation, des prévisions et de la modélisation financière
  • Bien organisé, capable de gérer plusieurs priorités et de respecter des échéances récurrentes

Manos Software is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Financial Analyst to join our Manos Finance team in Montreal, on one of our portfolios. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in the period-end closing process, supporting the full month-end and reporting cycle across our five operating companies (and additional entities as integrations progress). Reporting to the Finance Manager, the analyst will assist in the preparation of financial reports — collecting and analyzing data on revenue, expenses, and cash flow, and producing reports that communicate key findings. They will support budgeting and forecasting for various departments and business units, and assist in building financial models to project future performance under different scenarios. The role also involves organizing and maintaining financial data across databases and spreadsheets, performing data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software, and helping the finance team meet deadlines and structure day-to-day activities. Throughout, the analyst will collaborate with team members to streamline data-entry processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data management); familiarity with accounting software is an asset
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately with large volumes of financial data
  • Foundational understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial modeling
  • Well organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines
  • A collaborative team player with good communication skills, comfortable working across multiple entities and stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset, eager to learn and to help improve processes and efficiency
  • One experience in a Big Four an asset
