Job Description

As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory within a warehouse. Your primary focus will be ensuring that physical inventory

matches system records, using various computer systems to track and manage inventory data.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize computer systems such as SAP to track inventory and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform physical inventory counts to ensure system accuracy.
  • Locate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Print and audit inventory reports generated through the computer systems.
  • Operate material movement equipment including standup forklifts and electric carts.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and own the inventory counts and records.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in inventory tracking and data entry within web-based and database systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook.
  • Comfortability with operating standup forklifts and other vehicles in warehouse settings.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
