We’re looking for an experienced Forklift Operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in safety, accuracy, and efficiency. In this role, you’ll be a key player in keeping operations moving—handling inventory, operating advanced equipment, and ensuring orders are picked and processed correctly.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operate stand-up, man-up, sit-down forklifts, and turret trucks to move and store materials
  • Work at heights using harnesses while operating order pickers/man-up equipment
  • Accurately pick, move, and stage inventory using pick lists and warehouse systems
  • Label, tag, and verify materials to ensure proper inventory control
  • Perform cycle counts and quantity verification on the warehouse floor
  • Complete basic data entry and inventory tracking using warehouse systems
  • Support shipping, receiving, kitting, and packing operations as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Recent experience operating forklifts within the last 5 years
  • Experience with stand-up or man-up forklifts preferred
  • Comfortable working at heights and wearing fall protection equipment
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and navigation
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
  • Commitment to safety and following proper equipment procedures
