About the Job
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in our office. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and willing to help out wherever needed.
Position Details:
  • Handling various clerical duties to keep the office going.
  • Assisting production employees with various clerical issues.
  • Data entry into Excel for daily reports.
  • Data Entry into LumberTrack Inventory software.
  • Checking in trucks.
  • Completing the Bill of Ladings and Invoices.
  • Inventory counts daily, weekly, and month-end.
  • Filing paperwork daily.
Qualifications for Position:
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Effective organization, planning, implementation, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a highly interactive team environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Hours are typically 40 hours/week, 6am - 4pm but may have start earlier at times.
