Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Active Florida 4-40 (Customer Representative License).
  • Ideal candidate with 1+ years experience servicing Personal Lines Insurance.
  • Applied Epic experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to perform and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prompt response times.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and their application to business.
  • Professional phone/office etiquette.
  • Maintains a cordial and professional relationship and has a strong service focus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering sales calls.
  • Completing intake forms.
  • Conducting data entry and processing payments.
  • Retrieve underwriting reports for account managers to service their policies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Send correspondence to clients regarding upcoming renewal information and important information regarding their policy status.
  • Engage with clients and prospects over the phone to obtain information pertaining to various quote requests.
  • Work alongside writing agents to help produce quotes.
