Your responsibilities will include data entry, receiving jobs, emailing customer, and closing jobs.

Job Skills and Requirements:

  • Communication: Candidate must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Computer Skills: Candidate must be proficient using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & Outlook Email
  • Attention to Detail: MUST keep work free of errors when updating equipment records and documents
  • Work Skills: Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

  • Team Player that doesn't shy away from stepping up to support a need or gap that has been identified
  • Attention to detail driven is a MUST
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment is a MUST
