Data Entry Specialist
Lisle, IL | Up to $20/Hour | Immediate Start
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM | 100% On-Site
Immediate opening for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule and an opportunity to put their organizational and computer skills to work. This role is an important part of the day-to-day production operation, ensuring critical information, documentation, and schedules are accurate and up to date.
You’ll work closely with production teams to maintain records, enter and update information in SAP, coordinate documentation, and help keep materials and workflow moving efficiently. If you’re someone who catches details others miss, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys keeping things organized, this could be a great opportunity for you.
No weekends. No rotating shifts. Consistent hours. Immediate start available.
Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, revise, and maintain production information within SAP
  • Create and distribute batch records, forms, tickets, and other production documentation
  • Review production, work, and shipment schedules for accuracy and completeness
  • Help coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments based on production schedules
  • Communicate with department supervisors regarding work progress and anticipated completion dates
  • Track production activity, inventory levels, costs, and potential production issues
  • Compile reports and maintain accurate records
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and work with the appropriate department to resolve them
  • Ensure all data and documentation is entered accurately and maintained in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative and data entry support to the production team as needed


Qualifications

  • Previous data entry, administrative, production support, or related experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
  • SAP experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with production teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change
  • Ability to handle detailed information and consistently meet deadlines


Schedule & Compensation

  • Pay: Up to $20/hour, based on experience
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
