Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Specialist inWest Chester Township OH with $17.06/hr pay for a 3 months contract, temp only. In this role, you’ll pull individual medical files from the storage box, identifies required data fields from each file, and enters that information into the database for the client. Must have 1-3years related experience, high frequency of keystrokes, comfortable carrying some cartons and doing repetitive tasks– APPLY NOW!

Schedule:7:30AM - 4:00PM (5 days a week, 9 hours a day including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)


What You’ll Do

  • Retrieve individual medical files from cartons for data entry
  • Identify and enter required data fields into the client database with a high degree of accuracy
  • Maintain a keystroke speed of 10,000 KPH with 100% accuracy, verified by double-key confirmation
  • Carry cartons weighing 30–50 lbs to and from workstation and pallet (one box every 5–7 minutes)
  • Lift and lower cartons from heights between 13” and 45”
  • Organize and return completed files to their cartons and return cartons to pallet storage
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety protocols and PPE requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven data entry experience with high-speed typing (10,000+ KPH) and exceptional accuracy
  • Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Comfortable alternating between seated work and frequent physical activity
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable attendance and ability to follow structured workflows
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed


Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • 95% of time spent seated at a workstation performing high-volume data entry
  • 5% of time spent physically moving cartons to/from pallets
  • Frequent repetitive hand and finger motions
  • Warehouse/storage facility environment, not a standard office setting
  • Protective footwear required
