Position Summary
The Student Financial Aid Office is seeking Data Clerks toassist with the data entry needs of the financial aid, scholarships, andstudent employment areas. General duties/responsibilities include, but are notlimited to:
*Under general supervision, process and disburse incomingdocuments.
*File and/or scan documents then shred.
*Assemble packets for mailings requests for information and miscellaneousmailings to a large student population.
*Review incoming documents processing confidential information, which includes,but not limited to parent and/or student income, academic progress, financialaid awards, immigration status, etc.
*Adhere to Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) guidelines.
*Retrieving student's information from Workflow in OnBase and logging it on toBanner.
*Other duties as assigned.

*Maintain professional standards set forth by the FinancialAid Office.
*Basic mathematics, communication skills, and computer skills are required.
*Must be available to work needed hours and maintain professional attitude andappearance.
*Must be able to work in a busy office environment.
*Must be enrolled a minimum of 6 credit hours for Fall and/or Spring semesters.
*Must meet satisfactory academic progress guidelines.
