  • The Administrative Specialist II provides a wide range of administrative and office support functions to ensure smooth operations. This role includes tasks such as data entry, document preparation, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with project coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires proficiency with office software and an ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and data entry
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Manage and respond to general inquiries from the public and internal staff
