  • Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Review source documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before inputting information.
  • Identify and correct data errors, discrepancies, or missing information in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records as needed.
  • Assist with routine reporting, file audits, document processing, and general administrative support.
  • Follow company procedures to ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Communicate with team members to clarify information and resolve data-related questions.
