Full Time Client Service/Data Entry

Integrity Insurance and Financial Services, 2013 to 2025 Exclusive General Agent of the Year for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Texas, has a Full Time Client Service/Data Entry position available at our Frisco, Texas location. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to flourish with a thriving company in an expanding market.

Work hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm depending on company needs.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally; direct callers to the appropriate departments
  • Support clients by answering questions regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and eligibility
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and internal teams on behalf of clients
  • Add to the customer's experience by letting each customer know their call is important
  • Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to processing insurance applications and agent notes from completed sales appointments
  • Punctual and dependable attendance
  • Follow and maintain Integrity Insurance's standards and procedures
  • Perform any additional duties as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communications skills both verbal and written. Excellent phone etiquette required.
  • Detail oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated.
  • Computer skills are a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Education: No experience or specific education necessary.
  • Bilingual a plus, but not necessary
  • Health & Life License a plus, but not necessary.
