Job Description

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Property & Casualty and/or Life and Health license is desirable (Will assist to attain)
Personal Line Insurance industry experience is desired but not required
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish client relationships and follow up with customers as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Customer service can include
responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, 
transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Pivot to other State Farm products and services in order to assist Sales Team in selling
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent

Qualifications

- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be exceptionally dependable/reliable and on time
- Must work well will minimal supervision
- Outgoing personality that loves meeting and interacting with people
- Self motivated
- Superior attention to detail
- Able to lift 20 lbs
