Collision Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for customers at our collision center.  The CSR plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience by coordinating customer intake, managing communication between departments, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in person and over the phone with a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle estimates and repairs.
  • Collect and input customer and vehicle information into the management system.
  • Provide updates to customers on repair status and timelines.
  • Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance adjusters to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Process payments and handle basic billing and invoicing tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive or collision industry a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
