En tant queCoordinateur(trice) en donnees de marche, vous jouerez un role cle dans la gestion et la validation des informations de marche au sein de notre plateforme. Vos responsabilites incluront la collecte et la mise a jour des disponibilites sur le marche, la verification et la recherche des donnees transactionnelles. Vous collaborerez egalement avec nos sources internes et externes pour assurer l'integrite des donnees et optimiser les processus quotidiens de collecte d'informations.

Vos responsabilites

  • Rechercher et mettre a jour les disponibilites dans notre base de donnees avec precision et efficacite.

  • Examiner et verifier les informations transactionnelles de Colliers a partir de "Our Deals" pour garantir l'exactitude des donnees.

  • Effectuer des recherches proactives et collecter des comparables de marche pour les baux et les ventes, en collaboration avec Colliers et des conseillers externes.

  • Travailler avec les agents commerciaux, les proprietaires et d'autres intervenants pour collecter et mettre a jour les donnees pertinentes selon les delais etablis (SLA).

  • Assister et participer activement aux reunions commerciales, en veillant a la documentation precise des informations discutees dans notre plateforme.

  • Prospection et confirmation des locataires au sein des proprietes de bureaux et industrielles assignees.

  • Assistance aux appels de sondage afin d'obtenir des informations precises sur la disponibilite et les vacances locatives

Ce que vous apportez

  • Diplome universitaire et/ou certificat dans un domaine connexe, demontrant votre engagement envers le developpement professionnel.

  • Minimum de 1 a 2 ans d'experience, idealement dans un poste similaire dans l'industrie de l'immobilier, mettant en avant votre expertise.

As a Market Data Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and validating market information within our platform. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and updating listing availability information, verifying transactional data, and proactively researching market comparables. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support data integrity initiatives and optimize daily data collection processes.
In this role, you will...

  • Source and update listing availability information into our database with precision and efficiency.

  • Review and verify Colliers transactional information from our Deals to maintain data accuracy.

  • Proactively research and capture market lease and sales comparables, collaborating with Colliers and external advisors.

  • Collaborate with sales agents, landlords, and others to collect and update relevant data as per established SLAs.

  • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussed information into our platform.

  • Canvassing and confirmation of tenants within assigned office and industrial properties.

  • Assist with survey calling to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information.

What you'll bring

  • Degree and/or diploma in a related field, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience, ideally in a similar role within the real estate industry, showcasing your expertise.
