Job description

Looking for an immediate position as a Senior project manager who has data center construction experience. Manager will be a key member in an overall project team on a large data center construction project located in Northeastern, Indiana. This position is a full time on site position. Additionally, manager will need to have strong team management skills managing a construction team of over a dozen positions. This position requires a strong understanding of data center construction, and most be proficient in managing multiple construction trades - many with a very large workforce, intense scheduling, Procore construction management software, construction logistics, sequencing/coordination, submittals, shop drawings. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. This specific project involves the renovation of an existing large industrial property into a large/high density data center. Company Description

Hunt Builders Corporation is a 40 year old Construction Manager located in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Our core business is data center construction and corporate office construction with occasional retail, medical projects. We have approximately 30 management employees (mainly consisting of project managers and project superintendents) and do not have a construction workforce, equipment or tools. We do have several affiliate companies; one who provides general HVAC, carpentry, painting with (40 employees) and another mission critical facility management services (100 employees).
