Responsibilities:

  • Install IT, AV, Access Control, and Surveillance cameras.
  • Run, and terminate IT, AV, and other low-voltage cabling
  • Perform computer system and software maintenance and repair
  • Assist customers with data management
  • Perform regular security monitoring and system maintenance
  • Work in Service Boards

Qualifications:

  • Experience running and installing low-voltage cabling.
  • Previous experience in IT or currently in school for IT-related fields.
  • Ability to evaluate software and hardware
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Experience with Connectwise is a plus
