Job description

Kinaras Solutions Inc. is hiring a Structured Cabling Installer for a new construction data center in Manassas, VA. This is a hands-on role for someone who can install at a high standard.
Location: Manassas, VA
Schedule: Day Shift
Employment: Full-time, W-2What You'll Do
  • Execute copper and fiber installation activities:
    • pathway coordination and cable routing
    • high-quality dressing, labeling, and port/cable ID control
    • patch panel and fiber enclosure/cassette installs
  • Sequencing, and coordination with site leadership/other trades
  • QA/QC to avoid rework (label accuracy, bend radius, cleanliness discipline, workmanship)
  • Support punch list closure and turnover readiness (documentation, photos, redlines/as-builts as required)
  • Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with site safety requirements
What We're Looking For (Must Have)
  • 1+ years of structured cabling experience (copper + fiber)
  • Proven experience on active construction sites
  • Strong installation standards and ability to maintain quality at production speed
  • Ability to troubleshoot field issues and keep work moving (materials, access, coordination)
  • Ability to pass site onboarding requirements (background check/badging)
  • Reliable transportation to the Manassas, VA site
Strong Pluses
  • New-build data center experience
  • High-density fiber experience (MPO/MTP, trunk/cassette systems, polarity awareness)
  • Testing leadership (owns or reviews copper/fiber test results and closeout documentation)
