Job Title: Data Entry (Temporary)

Company: Indicon LLC
Reporting To: Vice President of Operations
Location: Onsite – Indicon Facility
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (5 days onsite)
Duration: Temporary assignment, 2–4 months, with the potential for extension based on business needs

Position Overview

Indicon LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry professional to support ongoing operational and purchasing activities during a high-volume period. This temporary role will focus on accurately entering Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbers, and related operational data into company systems to support industrial projects and internal operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong data entry experience, excellent attention to detail, and prior exposure to part number and BOM entry in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction-support environment. This individual will work onsite at the Indicon facility and report directly to the Vice President of Operations, collaborating closely with purchasing and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and part numbers into internal systems
  • Support purchasing and operations by entering and maintaining material, component, and product data
  • Work within the Syteline purchasing platform to input and update records (prior experience is a plus, not required)
  • Maintain data integrity by reviewing entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, validate, and cross-reference data
  • Assist with data cleanup, record updates, and system organization as needed
  • Follow established procedures and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies

Required Qualifications

  • Strong data entry experience, including high-volume and accuracy-focused work
  • Proven experience entering part numbers and related material data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and basic functions
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a larger operations team
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week at the Indicon facility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience entering Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Prior experience using Syteline or similar purchasing/procurement systems
  • Background supporting industrial construction, manufacturing, or operational environments
  • Experience working closely with purchasing, operations, or supply chain teams

Additional Information

This is a temporary position (2–4 months) intended to support current business demands, with the possibility of extension based on workload and performance. This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to Indicon’s operational efficiency while working closely with senior leadership.
