About The Role:

As a Projects Intern/Trainee, you will provide operational support to one or more projects by fully or partially taking over specific project management tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Seeking a current student or recent graduate who is available to start as soon as possible and work on a full-time basis, year-round. Please note that this position is not eligible for visasponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visasponsorshipnow or in the future.

Responsibilities Also Include:

1) Project starting phase that includes support in:

• Creation of Project handbook & Communication plan execution

• SLI-R setup

• Complete setup of L1 & L2 schedules

• PRKF organization

• Data Protection & Export control

2) Project execution phase that includes support in:

• Clean Project Plan status tracking

• Change Request Management

• Budget tracking (internal hours & costs)

• Schedule monitoring

• Financial reporting

• Project Quick Response Quality Control & SLI-R update

3) STR and SiPH role model that includes:

• Project's SiPH tailoring and support

• STR Key User role & active exchange w/ the PMO network

What You Should Have:

• You are currently a student pursuing your Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.

What you Should Have:

• Currently a student enrolled in courses pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance,, or related field.

• Experience with Excel and Google Applications is preferred.
