Each supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of up to 20 Data Annotators including insuring team members are following company policies and have the support and Resouces they need to be successful at their job. ResponsibilitiesOwnership of your team member's performance metrics including weekly review of metrics and development of performance remediation plans to help team member improve by collaborating with Project Managers, the Quality Team and Training TeamEnsure that your team members have the resources they need to be successful including provide job coaching and guidance on individual performance, job efficiency, professional skill development, time management, professional communication skills, teamwork, and inter-employee interactionFacilitate and support performance feedback discussions when a team member is not following a policy, is having behavioral issues or is having performance issues on a projectEnsure that your team members are following all Enabled Intelligence polices and proceduresDocumentation of all performance or behavioral issues Track punctuality and attendance Review and approve time off requests Monitor and audit timecards to ensure annotators are billing their time correctly Advocate for your Data Annotator team members by connecting them with the appropriate resource if they need workplace accommodations, additional assistance with an HR matter, technical support or help on a project Collaborate with the Director of Data Annotation on what skill sets your team members have and what projects best match those skills and experience for appropriate project staffing Manage annual performance reviews for each member of your team members Assist with onboarding of new Data AnnotatorsRequired Qualifications and SkillsAbility to take ownership, take initiative, problem solve and work independently Ability to work with people with different and unique communication, learning and working styles in a people first culture Ability to have difficult performance or behavioral improvement conversations with team membersStrong communication, presentation, collaboration and problem-solving skills Strong experience with Microsoft Excell, PowerPoint and WordAbility to work onsite Monday-Friday at the St. Louis Enabled Intelligence Office Very occasional travel to the Falls Church, VA headquarters office.
