Job description

We are seeking a Product Analytics Lead to own analytics and insights for all tests and experimentation across our product landscape. This role is a highly analytical individual contributor who operates with broad scope, influence, and accountability. You will define how success is measured for product experiments, establish scalable analytics frameworks, and analyze experimentation data to provide actionable insights. You will own the end-to-end analytics process for all experiments across product experiences—spanning measurement, data collection, experimentation, and insight generation. Major Responsibilities Hands-On Analysis & Technical Execution Conduct and oversee deep, hands-on analysis of product tests and experiments using multiple data sets Translate complex behavioral and business data into clear strategic recommendations that influence senior leadership decisions Partner with Product and Engineering to define instrumentation requirements, ensuring data is collected safely and accurately, and embedding analytics best practices into the development cycle Experimentation & Optimization Leadership Evolve the experimentation analytics/data strategy across product Lead hypothesis development and test design in partnership with cross-functional teams Ensure experimentation insights are translated into measurable business impact and scaled learnings Required Education/Professional Experience 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related fields Required Skills/Knowledge Attributes Strong expertise in business intelligence, dashboarding, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) Strong experience with experimentation tools such as VWO Deep understanding of product analytics and user behaviour metrics Experience working in a cloud-based data warehouse environment (Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) Strong Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies Sets the standard for analytical rigour and excellence across the organisation HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT Team members in our Vancouver, Toronto, and Kansas City Junktion Hubs follow a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration.
