Responsibilities
  • Build, validate, and deploy predictive analytics models to forecast hiring trends, attrition risks, and talent supply gaps
  • Apply machine learning techniques (such as regression, classification, or natural language processing) to uncover deeper insights within recruiting and workforce planning datasets
  • Translate complex ML model outputs into actionable, strategic recommendations and clear data stories for recruiting leadership
  • Maintain and manage key Tableau dashboards, integrating predictive insights and advanced data models into user-friendly visualization tools
  • Automate manual reporting workflows and pipeline tasks to scale insight delivery across the organization
  • Partner with Finance, Workforce Planning, IT, and Data Engineering to align data pipelines and scale the infrastructure required for advanced analytics
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities to ensure timely delivery in a dynamic environment
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, people analytics, or recruiting analytics
  • Strong foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive modeling methodologies applied to business or HR challenges
  • Proficient in using Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikitโ€‘learn, pandas)
  • Strong intermediate SQL skills for querying, data preparation, and pipeline optimization
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining complex dashboards
