Job description

We are seeking a Quantitative / Analytic Recruiter to join a highly collaborative recruiting team focused on placing Top Talent within the entire US. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment, values partnership with hiring managers, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact setting. We are requiring this person to be on site in our Southport, CT offices at least 3 days per week.


You will support hiring across multiple industries working closely with both candidates and clients to deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes.


Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and clients hiring needs.

Source, screen, and engage candidates across data science and data analytic domains.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, interviewing, coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Collaborate closely with teammates to share market intelligence, sourcing strategies, and candidate insights.

Maintain detailed and accurate tracking of candidate activity and client interactions.

Represent the firm with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.


Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience within either external contingency firms or corporate inhouse talent acquisition teams

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and strong follow-through.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously.
