Ultradent Products Inc, a 47-year global dental products manufacturer in South Jordan, UT is in search of a curious, analytical, and solutions-oriented Procurement Data Analyst to help transform data into actionable insights that improve supplier performance and operational efficiency. This is a where on site presence in South Jordan is required Mon - Thurs with work from home offered on Fridays. ***Candidates need to be currently located in the local area to be considered due to onsite work requirements.

As a Procurement Data Analyst, you'll partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Business Intelligence, and IT teams to develop reports, identify opportunities for improvement, solve business challenges, and support data-driven decision making.
What You'll Do
  • Analyze Procurement and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and process improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and investigate exceptions, outliers, and inefficiencies.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and IT teams to validate, optimize, and publish reporting solutions.
  • Support data management activities within Oracle and other business systems.
  • Design and improve data collection tools, reporting processes, and analytical solutions.
  • Maintain critical supply chain parameters and data integrity across systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvement opportunities.
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to solve business problems and answer key operational questions.
  • Document processes, create & maintain training materials, and share best practices.
  • Provide support and guidance on reporting, analytics, and data-related processes.
  • Assist with data imports, large-scale data updates, and process automation initiatives.

What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates who bring a combination of analytical thinking, technical skills, and a desire to learn. You may be a recent graduate with relevant internships or project experience, or a seasoned professional with years of industry expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience using data to solve business problems through analysis, reporting, or process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Oracle, Oracle Fusion, strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as business cubes.
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Experience That Would Be Helpful
  • Experience in supply chain, Procurement, manufacturing, operations, or related business environments.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems or other enterprise platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, automation, or macros.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience supporting or leading analytics projects.
