Job description

Associate, Data Analytics & Reporting with Goldman Sachs and Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Function as a financial services business analyst responsible for performing and project managing data analytics (e.g., machine learning), monitoring portfolio health and identifying opportunities to drive industry leading operational excellence and exceptional customer experience.

Leverage advanced modeling techniques to build forecasting models and machine learning techniques to understand the drivers of portfolio performance trends and identify solutions for improvements. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.

Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience with: working in a business analyst role within the financial services sector; defining functional requirements, service level objects (SLOs), quality-related measurements and scenario-based use cases in support of a product or project management lifecycle; process re-engineering and workflow design; and working with desktop platforms and applications, ensuring overall availability, while factoring in upstream or downstream system dependencies.
