Overview :
The Portfolio Lead - Data & Analytics is responsible for driving strategic data engagements across key enterprise accounts. This role blends a consulting mindset, strong technology understanding, commercial ownership, and delivery governance.
The Portfolio Lead acts as a trusted data engagement partner, accountable for account growth, backlog protection, delivery excellence, and innovation enablement within assigned portfolios. The role requires deep stakeholder engagement, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to align data initiatives with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Relationship Management
  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with data and analytics stakeholders across assigned accounts
  • Position as a trusted advisor for data, analytics, and AI transformation initiatives
  • Develop a strong understanding of client roadmaps, priorities, and organizational objectives

Land & Expand Strategy
  • Drive account growth through structured land-and-expand strategies
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing engagements
  • Expand the data and analytics footprint across business units and functions
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams to shape and convert opportunities

Backlog Protection & Revenue Assurance
  • Protect and grow existing backlog through consistent value delivery
  • Anticipate renewal risks and proactively mitigate through engagement and performance alignment
  • Monitor and manage portfolio utilization, revenue, and commercial health

Delivery Governance & Success
  • Ensure delivery excellence across all programs within the portfolio
