Job description

Chat bot that is live in 2 languages - customer facing
Review the performance on a heavy basis
Using automation and manual reviews to look at patterns of how the bots preforming across multiple topics
Identify the need to dig deeper on various topics and create a strategy on how to review the customer transcripts and the machine learning (lobbying and deploying) and AI performance
Using the insight into a backlog
There is a traction on the agent facing side- same bot will be extended from customer to a human agent
Bring conversational AI to an agent
Summarize the customer interaction to the agent so the agent knows the context
Able to create and analysis to identify and report and feed into the product road map for optimization
Can hit the ground running
Excel needed
SQL nice to have, Python plus
Data management/ tool experience that can extract insights is a plus
Kora.AI experience is a plus
Or other conversational tools Lifeperson, etc.
